Sampo is a seamless, raglan-style, knit top down garment for your little one. Several different options are included in this pattern to suit your needs. Make a sweater, tunic, dress, or romper depending upon your preference. Instructions for short sleeves, elbow length, or long sleeves are provided. The garment is worked initially flat then is joined in the round. For the romper option, short row shaping is used for a diapered bottom. After the gusset, the legs are worked flat and feature button closure for easy diaper changing access. A stretchy cast on method is recommended in order to provide an adequate fit over your little one’s head.
