Sometimes a good walk on the beach is just the best! Wrap up in this cozy scarf and enjoy a brisk walk, whenever you need to feel invigorated.

Special thanks to my daughter for inspiring this scarf ~ the colors of this gorgeous Green Mountain Spinnery Mountain Mohair reminded her of the beach, and how much we enjoy all the textures of sand and water!

Overall motifs are of dry sand, rippled wet sand, and ocean waves; motifs are created with cables on a background of stockinette, with a garter border.
All RS rows are odd numbered. All WS rows are even numbered.

Duplicate stitching is added after blocking, to fade from C1 to C2 and C2 to C3.
