The Sand Waves Knit Blanket is an easy knitting pattern that is a repeat of only 6 rows. There is a right side to the pattern but I personally think both sides look pretty (both sides are shown in the pictures). The pattern is written for 3 sizes: 27” by 30”, 34” by 38” and 49” by 60” but any size can be made. I used a medium weight yarn but again any yarn can be used because it is easily adjustable with a simple change with the beginning cast on. If you know how to K1 & P1 then this is the perfect pattern for any skill level.

It is written English (American) directions only

MATERIALS:

  • Medium (4) weight yarn. Approximate yards needed for each size: 610 yards for the 27” by 30” size, 990 yards for the 34” by 38”, and 2240 yards for the 49” by 60”.
  • Loops & Threads Impeccable in Putty/Mastic used in the picture.
