TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SLIPOVER:
Sandstone Slipover is knit bottom up in the round till armholes where work is separated into back- and front piece.
The slipover is knit in 2 different structured patterns – on the back 2x2 rib as a continuation of the lower 6 cm/2.5 “of rib. The front piece is worked in a simple pattern according to chart.
When work is separated at armholes, the back is worked first and then the front. The front is worked in a left and a right part for the v neck.
Finally ribbings at neck and armholes are worked.
Important: The lower rib of the body and then the rib-sts of the back must be knitted tight. Otherwise the back will be longer than the front piece, which is knitted in a structured pattern.
