This pattern is available in English & in German.

This sweater is worked in the round from the top down in a round-yoke, in a simple slip stitch pattern (it only looks complicated, but it is not).

It is important to use sockyarn/fingering weight yarn as the contrast yarn, while working the main color in DK weight yarn.

Yarn:
For a more colorful effect, use a gradient or multicolored yarn for the contrast color in the yoke.

Main Color (MC) - Wollmeise DK (100% Wolle/200 g & 428m/468 yds per skein) – 3 (4, 4, 4, 4, 4) skeins
Contrast Color (CC) – Wollmeise Sockyarn – 50 g/200 yds/220 m

Gauge: 22 sts and 34 rows = 4”/10 cm on larger needles

Tools:
• U.S. Size 5 (3.5 mm): 16 “ & 24” circular needles
• U.S. Size 4 (3 mm): 16” & 24” circular needles

• Stitch holder (scrap yarn)
• tapestry needle to weave in ends

Diesen Pullover habe ich nach meiner guten Strickfreundin Sandy Chayat genannt. So eine gute Freundin findet man nicht so einfach.

Notizen:
Dieser Pullover wird top-down mit einer Rundpasse gestrickt. Wenn man die Rundpasse strickt, ist es hilfreich mit einer Nadelgrösse grösser zu stricken, besonders wenn man eng strickt. Es ist wichtig das man für das Kontrastgarn ein dünneres Garn, z.B. Sockgarnstärke benutzt. So fällt die die Passe locker und schöner um die Schultern.

Der Pullover hat verkürzte Reihen im Nacken, so dass der Pullover höher liegt.

Größen: S (M, L, XL, 2XL) – passend für 36 (38, 40, 42, 44, 48)”/91 (97, 103, 107, 113, 123) cm Brustumfang

Garn: Hauptfarbe (HF) - Wollmeise DK (100% Wolle/200 g & 428m/468 yds per Strang) – 3 (4, 4, 4, 4, 4) Stränge
Kontrastfarbe (KF) – Wollmeise Sockyarn – 50 g/200 yds/220 m
Oder einen Strang Sockengarn, dass gestreift is, z.B. Online Supersocke 100 Emotion II-Color.

Mascheprobe: 22M und 34R = 4”/10 cm mit den dickeren Nadeln, rechts in der Runde gestrickt – immer die Nadelgröße benutzen mit der man die Maschenprobe erreicht. Es ist immer wichtig die Maschenprobe zu waschen, weil sich das gestrickte Gewebe nach dem Waschen ändert.

Nadeln & Sonstiges:
• U.S. Größe 5 (3.5 mm) & U.S. Größe 4 (3 mm) - 40 & 60 cm Rundstricknadeln (oder Nadelspiel für die Ärmel, wenn man nicht die Magic-Loop Methode nutzt)
