Sandy Shores Bag Holder
Finally! Somewhere to go with all those darn plastic bags! This easy crochet pattern is great because…
- It’s a good pattern for beginner crocheters to practice working in the round.
- It works up in less than an hour.
- It takes about 70 yards of a super bulky (6) chenille/“blanket”-type yarn, making it a one-skein wonder.
- Notes are included for easy adjustment to different lengths.
- The “blanket” yarn makes the holder expandable to hold at least 50+ medium plastic bags.
Along with the yarn, you’ll also need a US-L hook, tapestry needle, scissors, and a standard (5”) elastic hair tie (although, a note is included on how to make your project without the hair tie.)
This super fun bag holder will not only provide chic organization but it can help to prompt recycling. When stowing all those pesky plastic bags is as easy as stuffing them away in this bag holder, shopping clean up is a breeze and those bags are hidden away until you have use for them again.
