Sansui cowl is a cowl with long cable lines.
These lines look like a Japanese Zen garden called “Karesansui (枯山水)”.
This pattern is worked flat and you can adjust the length as you like.
After finishing knitting, just bind off and sew the edges to complete as a cowl.

The “Karesansui” (枯山水)
Karesansui is the style of Japanese gardening which is founded on Zen ideology,
and uses rocks and sand to express nature and the universe.
