This pattern is easy, and is written in american terms.

Materials
Worsted weight yarn in red(A), black(B) and yellow (D)
Bernat baby blanket tiny in snow cap or polar bear, or similar novelty worsted weight yarn (C)
4mm hook
Yarn needle

Abbreviations
Ch = Chain
Hk = Hook
Sc = Single crochet
Sl st = Slip stitch
St(s) = Stitch(es)

Finished Measurements
Note that finished measurements reflect the length of the bootie excluding decorative pieces.

Newborn: Just under 3.5 inches
O-3 Months: Just over 3.75 inches
3-6 Months: Just under 4.25 inches
6-12 Months: Just under 4.75 inches
