HELLO EVERYONE! Welcome to the last, the final, the ultimate 12 months of bun pattern, and what else could it be other than Santa bun?! (Yes, I know, a million other things, like a snowman bunny, a reindeer bunny… all on my list for the future :D) 2 years ago I made an amigurumi advent calendar for my husband which also contained a bunny with a santa hat, so I decided to make a bigger, non-shoebox-diorama-sized version for the last bunny pattern of this year! I hope you’ve enjoyed this project as much as I have, so for one last bunniful time this year, let’s hop right into the pattern!

Materials
To make the Santa bunny you will need:
– A 2.5mm and a 3.5mm crochet hook (the latter is only required for cuddly yarn, so if you aren’t using that, only a 2.5mm is enough)
– Yarn in your colors of choice. I used cream for the bunny, a cuddly white and regular red for the hat, red, gold and brown for the sleigh, some… beige(?) for the sack, and purple and gold for the gift
– A tapestry needle and scissors
– Stuffing
– Safety eyes
– Pipecleaners for the sleigh blades
– A stitch marker to help you keep track of the start of the round
Please note that you can make the Santa bunny using any size crochet hook and yarn weight for a smaller or bigger result. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm crochet hook, Santa bun should be about 20cm high.
