Santa Claus

It is a crochet pattern in PDF (425KB) containing 3 pages teaching how to make a Santa Claus Amigurumi.
The pattern has pictures showing the process and it is written in US Terminology.

Size: around 25 cm/ 10”

Skill level: easy, but it requires some experience in making Amigurumi as it has color changes and sewing parts.

Materials:

• Crochet hook 2.5 mm (the hook size can vary depending of the yarn you choose to use);
• Cotton Blend Plain yarn – DK by Knitcraft: colors Beige, White, Red and Black. A thinner yarn in Gold color to sew the belt buckle and white Acrylic yarn to make the hat and the Pompom;
• Stitch marker (to mark the first stitch of the round);
• Scissors;
• 2 black plastic safety eyes of 8mm;
• Fiberfill;
• Tapestry needle;
• Pins to hold the pieces in place before sewing;

Body (beige, white, red and black):
Working in continuous rounds. Starting with beige.

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a Mr 6 / or ch 2, sc x 6 in 2nd ch from hook
Rnd 2: inc x 6 12
Rnd 3: (sc, inc) x 6 18
Rnd 4: (sc x 2, inc) x 6 24
Rnd 5: (sc x 3, inc) x 6 30
