Santa Claus Potholder
A little last-minute gift I created for Christmas with my family. A very simple and quick pattern. It’s knit double with double stockinette stitch (so, no need to learn a complicated new technique).
It takes about 2 hours to finish and you only need a bit of scrap yarn in three colors. I used cotton, as I feel this is the best for anything you want to use in the kitchen.
I provided a gauge, but I’m not sure how important it is. If your potholder ends up being a bit larger or smaller, I’m sure it’s no big deal. My potholder is 13cm wide and 16 cm tall (without the fringes)
