Santa Hat Booties
This is a cute santa hat bootie done on the 36 peg loom in the 7/16” gauge cindwood loom but a 1/2” gauge loom will work with 36 pegs. It includes a video tutorial and the bootie is done all in one piece. It uses a kiss heel, double wedge toe with a kitchener close. This is an intermediate pattern and requires minimal extra parts. Mostly buttons for the front. I used one skein of Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek. You can use scrap for the top of the bootie.
I include instructions on how to adjust the pattern for other sizes with basic techniques. It helps you have already made booties or socks before using short row heel and toes.
I also suggest on the booties section once past the cuff to go with what you are comfortable doing for the heel and toe and what you are comfortable closing the toe up with.
Please let me know if you have any questions!!
Have fun and keep on Looming!!!
