Santa Hats
Santa Claus Hat Knitting Pattern no. 4 by Pizpaw Patterns. Instructions are given for a bobble hat and a teabag hat in 4 sizes: newborn, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m.
Pattern 1 is for a bobble hat with a Santa motif and pompoms.
Pattern 2 is for a teabag hat with a Santa motif and pompoms.
The pattern uses double knitting wool (light worsted/8 ply) and sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles are required.
Double Knitting Wool required (for each hat):
1 x 50 gram ball of Yarn (A) - shown as green in main picture
1 x 50 gram ball of Yarn (B) - shown as red in main picture
1 x 50 gram ball of Yarn (C) – shown as white in the main picture
Oddment of Yarn (D) – shown as pale beige in the main picture
Oddment of Yarn (E) – shown as black in the main picture
Alternative yarn for international knitters - USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply
The hats are knitted flat and the pattern includes written instructions and a chart to follow for the Santa motif.
Please note the pattern is written using British terminology.
