Santa Rosa Shawl
How It Is Made:
Size 3 cotton crochet thread and a size H-8 (5.00 mm) hook is used to make the shawl. The main piece is constructed of a crochet shell stitch and finished with a fan edging all around. Besides the common crochet stitches, a treble crochet cluster is used in the fans. The instruction for this special crochet stitch, as well as the directions for the Shell and Fan crochet stitches, are included in the pattern.
Oh, Yeah…
This shawl is sure to become a favorite… to wrap around your shoulders, knot in the front, drape over hips, fold into a scarf, pin ends on shoulder, etc. You can also make it any size you choose, by following the pattern rows.
