Santa's Sack & Christmas Gift Box
I couldn’t find a pattern to make Santa’s Christmas Sack, so I decided to make up one of my own. This free pattern is for both Santa’s sack and the miniature gift boxes to fill your sack. It’s really easy and you should be able to finish it in one night…or through one Christmas movie ; ) I made these as ornaments to sit at our window sill, but you could also add loops and hang these as decorations from your Christmas tree.
Pattern gauge is not important. If you change the weight and hook size, just keep in mind your sack and gift boxes may be larger or smaller than mine. Using the above yarn and hook size, my sack measures approx. 7 cm high and the gift boxes just under 3cm height. To save a bit of time, I mostly stuffed my sack with polyfill, and added the giftbox on top. Also, if you like my Santa amigurumi, the pattern is available at my Ravelry shop, and it comes along with a pattern for Mrs Claus and Christmas elf.
I hope you enjoy this pattern and have a Merry Christmas!
