Present to you a crochet PATTERN.

This is realistic crochet Sarasinorum gecko.

Tutorial consists of 55 pages in PDF format with more then 170 pictures and VIDEO lessons for the difficult moments and decoration.

Crochet lizard pattern.

Realistic eyes making. There are used handmade eyes.
Painting lesson. Please note that some of details are painted.

Finished size the gecko is about 33 cm (13 inches) in length.

Materials and tools.
◦ For this gecko are used Pelican Vita Cotton 360 yards (329 meters)/50 grams (1.76 ounces) dark green color, can be replaced by olive or khaki colors.
and Pehorka Openwork 306 yards (280 meters), 50 grams (1.76 ounces) beige color.
These are 2 similar kind of threads. I recommend to use one mark, 100% cotton threads.
You can choose also any another fantasy design. This lizard will very beautiful in any colors. Choose brightly color for the back side and second light color.
◦ Hook 1 mm or 0,9 mm, choose the hook for yourself. Crocheting should be very, very tight.
◦ Filler holofiber.
◦ Flat pliers and cutters for wire and helping with sewing details and eyelids and mouth embroidery. Tweezers and wood sticks for stuffing.
◦ Dark brown DMC floss threads for the mouth.
◦ Soft pastel and acrylic paints, metallic acrylic. Acrylic varnish. Brushes for painting different sizes. Black waterproof pencil brush or liner. White gel pen, or replace it by white pastel.
◦ Glass hemispheres for the eyes, diameter 12 mm. Or ready glass eyes with narrow pupils.
◦ White, milky, light or beige polymer clay and soft pastel for making eyelids. Or take color suitable with color threads. And universal invisible glue, that not leave traces. I recommend Moment Crystal by Henkel.
◦ Steel wire frame 1,5 mm for the body and legs, and 1 mm for the tail.
◦ Needles for sewing legs, eyelids and for the mouth embroidery.
◦ Silicone brush pen for sculpting and modeling.
◦ For desired use varnish for the clay. I use UV gel polish and UV lamp.
