Sarrail Ridge Socks pattern is a top-down mid-calf sock and is rated as intermediate skill level. The lace creates a ridge which is reminicent of the fabulous Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada hike above Rawson Lake called Sarrail Ridge. From that vantage point, one can see both Kananaskis lakes and the wildlife corridor.

The yarn used is fingering weight and the construction is top-down, with a 2x2 rib cuff, heel flap and a ridge-type lace design.

I have made the socks in size Medium using 1 skein (100g/ 3.5 oz.) of Berroco Vintage Sock Yarn in colorway Dried Plum (52% Acrylic/ 40% Wool/ 8% Nylon). Substituting other fingering weight sock yarns would be appropriate. Sarrail Ridge socks look best in a solid or slightly variegated colors.
