This sweet little baby outfit is knit with fingering weight yarn and 2.75 mm and 3.25 mm needles. It consists of a top-down dress with a lace skirt, a pair of undies which have a few short rows to shape the back and an easy pair of bootees.

This is a quick knit using the fingering weight yarn. It buttons up the back. However, the lower back edges could be overlapped and sewn just above the bottom buttonhole using just the two buttons at the top opening.

The green dress shown has the lace pattern starting lower on the skirt. The blue dress shown has the lace starting just under the arms and the skirt is also a bit longer.
