’Sassafras Violets’ is a versatile wrap /shawl that can be worn a number of different ways using eyelet rows as button holes .

The garment is knitted on 7mm needles and requires 350 gms ( medium) 450 gms(large ),550 gms ( x large) of 16 ply .

Sample is knitted with 8ply and two 4 plys knitted together. However, the pattern can be adapted to using various yarn weights from finer to chunkier such as 12ply plus two 2-plys or 8ply times two. A different drape will be achieved depending on yarn choice .
