A fabulous quick knit to use up those bits of leftover sock yarn. This pattern hangs your soap for you so that it dries out your bars of soap allowing them a longer life. It can also house bits of leftover soap so you get more from your soap. Easily adaptable for larger or smaller bars of soap. The simple texture of this pattern helps act as an exfoliant, while still being gentle to our skin and more natural than net sponges. A note on sizing: You want your soap sock to be a little snug as the yarn will have more give once it is wet and your soap will shrink as you use it. If your soap sock is too big you may become frustrated with the slippage of the fabric as you use it.
