I’ve been playing with the Sawtooth Mountains series of patterns for a few years now, and this year I’ve added a bulky weight version, including this bulky weight hat pattern. This pattern is written for 3 cast on sizes (child, adult s/m, adult l/xl) with two height options in each size. The pattern can easily be adjusted for looser or tighter
fit beyond the suggested sizes.

This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up using
circular needles. The pattern calls for 2 contrasting
colors.

Shown in Malabrigo Chunky yarn. Bulky yarn can vary
quite a bit, so be sure to gauge swatch.
