Sawtooth Quilt Pullover
Inspired by the familiar shapes of traditional patchwork quilt blocks, the Sawtooth Quilt Pullover combines the nostalgic coziness of a handmade quilt, with an engaging yet simple knit.
The colorful stars are worked as you knit the piece, employing the use of a traditional Estonian knitting technique called Roosimine or Roositud.
With contrasting cuffs, and pops of color and texture, each section offers details that draw the eye.

Layout:
This is a modified raglan construction.
This piece is worked top down, and at first, flat.
Beginning with the neckline, then the raglan shaping. After the neckline is fully formed, the piece is joined for working in the round.
The body is then separated from the sleeves with the sleeve STS held on stitch holders or spare yarn.
When the body has been worked, the sleeves are then picked up and worked. Last, the collar.
