Depending on the charts you decide to follow, you will also need a basic understanding of the Fair Isle technique (carrying two yarn strands). You will find numerous websites and how-to-knit books that describe these techniques.
Purple Saxifraga grows everywhere as small ground cover over rocks and gravel contributing to the texture of the Nunavut landscape.
It peeks around lichen and stone for the short summer months sometimes through the late Spring and early Autumn snow.
Our interpretation of this flower is all about the tints and textures. Easily adapted to left over yarns, this is a fun and easy sock to knit.
Pattern includes charts and written directions for eleven different motifs.
