The handwarmers were first published in Shetland Wool Week Annual 2015 in three colour combinations. A hat and an additional colour combination have now been added.

Handwarmers in 2 sizes. Smaller needles used for smaller size.

Hat and handwarmer are worked in the round.

Either Jamieson’s Spindrift OR Jamieson & Smith jumper weight yarn is suitable.

Main colour needs one full ball for hand warmers and a full ball for the hat. One ball of the other colours is enough for both handwarmers and hat.

Approximate weights for all colours are given so that knitters can decided if they already have enough suitable yarn.
