Scandi Bear

This Scandinavian-inspired bear is a very quick and simple knit suitable for most children. Piece is knit flat on straight needles, then ears and arms are added. A tiny piece of craft felt is simply embroidered for the nose and can be applied with either white glue or a decorated blanket stitch.
Modification for built-in sweater is included.
Basic stitches required include:
Knit
Purl
K2tog
P2tog
Seaming
Rib knit (optional)
Pattern includes plenty of photos to follow along. Vary the color of the bear and/or sweater to make a Brown Bear, Black Bear or Polar Bear.
