Scandinavian Turtleneck is an elegant and classic vest top knitting pattern with a lot of video tutorials.

Language - English, French and German.

Level – advanced beginner to intermediate

Techniques Used- knit, purl, 1x1 rib, cast on, bind off, sloped bind off, Italian or Icelandic bind off for choice, ssk, k2tog, sl1wyif, sl1wyib.
There is video and text support for all the techniques featured in this pattern.

Scandinavian Turtleneck is worked from bottom upwards in two separate pieces: back and front. Then the parts are sewn together along the sides using mattress stitch. The shoulders are sewn using stockinette seam. Armholes are framed with chain borders on two edge stitches. The neck finishing is worked in the round with circular needles or DPNs (double pointed needles) in 1x1 ribbing.
