This lacy scarf is made with a 2 ply light weight yarn.

Adorning it is a 3 tier 8 petal flower with decorative button in center. Made with a 4 ply yarn in conjunction with a size 10 varigated thread.

Attached to the back is a barrtett. The flower embellishement can be worn in the hair or used to hold the scarf together, it is not attached permanantly to the scarf.

This pattern reminds me of the coverings worn in certain cultures.
