Scattered Showers
I donate 25% of all sales from my patterns to animal rescue each month.
Like raindrops on a window pane, the stitches come together to provide a slightly asymmetrical yet whole and complete pattern.
This is a great way to use colors you love and knew you held onto for a reason after finishing your hats and cowls this winter!
There is a lot of flexibility within this pattern to use chunky or bulky, and to decide whether you want to use 2 colors instead of 3! Or maybe even 4! If you run out of any one color, switch it out for another! It’s a stash buster!
You can also modify for a slightly larger cowl, included in the pattern directions—pattern directions are written.
The cowl is an easy intro to stranded colorwork if you’re new to the technique, and a fun 3-hour knit if you’re already a pro!
I’m finally on Instagram @chicandregalknits !
You can follow Wiley and all of his knitwear modeling on Instagram @WileyGoneWild (and read his mommy’s book, “After 9/11”, in which he makes a cameo).
