There are instructions for the scarf, but those are very basic.
Don’t buy this pattern if you haven’t knitted scarfs before!!!
But you’re welcome to use it just as a chart for any knitting projects.
No long yarn floats!

The written instructions are very basic, there is just a few lines (and how detailed you want it to be?). The sole reason I added them is that the beautiful chart, which is the main part (99%) of the pattern can stay on R. Standalone charts are no longer allowed. Personally, I see the pattern on sweaters, pillows, socks and blankets, and I hope that’s where you will use the chart.
