The doll is approximately 12 inches (30cm) tall. (if you use ticker yarn and bigger hook toy will be bigger, and if you use thinner yarn and smaller hook toy will be smaller)
Amigurumi doll pattern includes detailed instruction on 26 pages for how to crochet doll base, hair, dress, shoes, book, with a lot of step-by-step photos.
Pattern is suitable for those with intermediate/advanced crochet skills and have knowledge of magic ring, crocheting in spirals and rows, loop, single crochet, reverse single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, increase, decrease, basic sewing and embroidery techniques.
Materials you will need:
• Yarn – For this doll I used cotton yarn in beige (skin color), brown and small amount of black, white, brown and red yarn for embroidery details. You will need yarn for dress, shoes and book.
• Crochet hook 2mm (or size depending on the yarn you use)
• Something to stuff the toy. I’m using silicone stuffing for toys
• Yarn stich marker (optional)
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
• Safety eyes 10mm
• Something to support body and neck (wire, plastic support for body, or plastic stick to support neck. If you don’t want to use support, make a doll without neck. Skip the neck part and make a head directly on the body to prevent wobbly head).
• Small button for dress
The pattern will be available for download immediately after payment has been cleared. You will receive an email providing you a link to download the pdf pattern.
