This pattern knits a beanie/toque and a headband that has a band of DNA and the word “RESIST” knitted around. This was designed for the Science March. $1 of each sale will be donated to an organization that promotes STEAM education and support.

You will need 2 sets of size 8 16 inch circular needles or one set of size 8 dpn. I have not included instructions for decreasing the crown on two double pointed or dpn. There are many tutorials available on the web to guide you through this process.

You will also need stitch markers, and a darning needle.

The contrasting yarn uses approximately 8 grams of mighty stitch worsted.
