Scio Street Scarf
This sophisticated unisex scarf has interesting textures and a multitude of color possibilities. Instructions are given for two sizes. Three colors are used for each scarf.
Materials
Shibui Twig, 46% Linen, 42% Recycled Silk, 12% wool, 190yds (174m), 50g (1.76oz).
1(2) skein(s) main color (MC) Dusk (Tar)
1 skein contrasting color (CC1) Pollen (Bordeaux)
1 skein contrasting color (CC2) Shore (Ash)
Size 2 straight needles
Size 4 straight needles
Tapestry needle
Size
6½ x 60 (8½ x 68)“ blocked.
Gauge 6 sts = 1” in Pattern Stitch. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.
Note: To avoid running out of your MC yarn when knitting the smaller scarf, use CC1 and/or CC2 to knit your swatch. To avoid running out of your CC yarns when knitting the larger scarf, knit a one color swatch using only your MC yarn.
