Scoot is an easy to knit and easy to wear, sleeveless vest for little girls. Ideal for the spring and summer months, Scoot is written for DK yarns. Constructed seamlessly from the bottom up, the length is easily adjusted. Scoot is available in sizes 0-10 years old.

Scoot is knit in the round in one piece to the armholes. The knitting is then divided and the front and the back are worked separately.

GAUGE for this pattern
20sts and 40 rows = 10cm/4in in garter stitch on 4mm/US 6 needles or size needed to get gauge.

Getting an exact row gauge is not vital since you will knit to specified lengths in the pattern.

NEEDLES
4mm/US6 or size needed to get gauge. You will need a 60cm/24in and/or 40cm/16in circular needle (longer needle for the larger sizes).
