Scotland Yard Vest
This classic houndstooth colorwork pattern is created using stranded knitting. The colorwork chart shows that this design is created using a simple four-row pattern repeat. Be sure when choosing your yarn to select colors with a light and dark value difference. As the vest is shaped and stitches are decreased for the underarm and neckline, please remember to keep the colorwork pattern in place; the best way to do this is to follow the previous rows several stitches in as your guideline for keeping the color placement correct.
