Scottie Scarf
Garter stitch lace, cheeky little Scottie dogs and a flirty tassel…what more would you want in a cozy scarf to perk up your day!? The hand dyed Scottie dog coloured yarn is the perfect match for the pattern, evoking that well known Scottie dog coat, and setting off the stitch patterns beautifully.
I have shared my home with Scotties for over 30 years. I love their attitude, their stubbornness, their loyalty, their ability to love life! My present pair, Meg and Isla, are rescues from the UK Scottie rescue group, STECS. So it only seems natural to create a scarf that celebrates the Scottie spirit.
Instructions are given for both fingering weight and optional lace weight versions
