This hat is a fun mixture of Scottish terriers, paw prints and stranded design elements, making it a bright, warm hat that should be treasured by any dog owner.

I initially made this in red, black and white, but I imagine it would look lovely in a range of colors. This is designed for the standard adult head, but the chart could easily be adapted for a child’s hat if you play around with it.

Materials: 3 skeins worsted weight yarn in desired colors, roughly 100 yards needed for each (likely less)

Needles: I used US 7 9” round needles, but a range of US 5-7 round needles or DPNs will work depending on your gauge.
