Scottish Thistle Fingerless Gloves
When I first saw a thistle flower on a summer trip to Scotland, it was about 1.5 meters tall and I nearly fell into it! I had no idea they got that big and were so thorny!
I guess it was like the legend of how the thistle became the national flower of Scotland? According to legend, an invading Norseman stepped on it and cried out in pain, thus alerting the Scotsmen to his presence.
Alternative history: The Scottish thistle flower has a habit of sneaking up on innocent Norsefolk!
