This is an original pattern for a Scrap Yarn Shawl with Pockets. It was designed as a way to make a dent in your scrap yarn stash, and the pattern is very forgiving of changing yarn brands. Basically, as long as you are close to the same weight and gauge, you should be fine. I actually used a variety of bamboo yarn scraps for mine, and you honestly can’t tell I didn’t use the same brand the whole time.

The pattern included in the PDF contains careful instructions, pictures, and a link to a video tutorial on the front and back post stitches for the edging of the scarf.
