This pillow uses the join-as-you-go technique, so there is no sewing at all! Motifs work up quickly, then open spaces on the front and back are filled with single crochet-covered curtain rings, also joined to the Motifs as worked. (Curtain rings are available at fabric/craft stores. Photographed model was made with rings purchased at JoAnn’s.)

Shown outdoors, this pillow would work equally well indoors on a bed or a couch.

If your Motifs do not match the stated gauge, the pillow cover will not fit an 18” pillow form. If you are happy with the gauge you achieve, you can opt to make your own pillow form. Yarn amounts are not guaranteed for any gauge other than as stated.
