I am always looking for creative ways to use up my yarn stash! I have so many small scraps in various colors that normally don’t go together until they DO!

Enter the scrappy color block cowl. A super easy pattern with amazing results. I used a fluffy, blown yarn for all of the cozy warmth with none of the weight, but you can use ANY (#4) scrap yarns you have that come close to gauge.

This cowl can be worn upside-down, right-side up, with the knot to either side, the front or the back for a variety of looks. AND it uses a ton of scraps! WIN-WIN!

Needles: US 15 (10 mm) 16” circular needles for the yarns used in the pattern, but notes are give for other needle sizes and various yarn combinations. There is also a suggestion for adapting this pattern for child sizes
