This whimsical celebration of nature is perfect for using up your woolly scraps. Each section of leaves only takes a few yards of yarn and you can use two different background colours! So grab your favourite leftovers, plan out your colours, and cast on for a fun knitting experience and a cozy finished project.

Sized to Fit: child (adult small, adult medium, adult large)
Sizes: A(B, C, D) Brim Circumference:
16.75(18, 19.25, 22) in/42.5(45.5, 49, 56) cm
Shown in size C with about .75 in/2 cm negative ease.
Choose a size slightly smaller than your actual head circumference.

Blocked Gauge
Gauge measurement should be taken after blocking.
31 stitches/30 rounds = 4 in/10 cm in colourwork with larger needle
Needles
Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Suggested Sizes:
For ribbing and hat body sections, use a 16 in/40 cm circular needle. For crown, use a set of double-pointed needles, long circular needle for magic loop method, or other preferred small circumference knitting method.
Ribbing & Single-colour Stockinette stitch: US 2/2.75 mm needles
Colourwork: US 3/3.25 mm needles
