I created this chart to go with Casapinka’s emPower People cowl. The chart is 36 stitches wide by 17 rows tall.

I craft like a total gremlin so I’m unsure whether I used any semblance of proper colorwork technique, but I’m happy to field questions about my technique where I can.

I worked this chart in a stockinette panel set into the garter stitch cowl, with one additional stockinette stitch to the left and right sides of the letters.

You may notice a couple of awkward looking stitches near the edges on the project image, this is because, as i said, I’m a gremlin, my colorwork isn’t quite as neat as it could be, but these can be easily avoided by being more caeful than I was about changing yarns at the beginning of each row.

NOTE: this is knit flat, so you read it in kind of a zig zag pattern, starting at the top left.
