A festive holiday stocking with a traditional look which is worked from the cuff down with a folded picot hem, calf-shaping, and short-row heel and toe. The contrast-motif on the reverse allows for placement of optional monogram and is centered on the stocking’s reverse side. The stocking is designed for hanging on the mantle and displaying the front side of the stocking.
This pattern is intended for advanced knitters. Prior positive experience in stranded colorwork and short row socks will be helpful.

Size - top of stocking to bottom of heel-approximately 45 cm
leg circumference-42 cm. Colorwork and calf-shaping are charted.

How Much Yarn? 150 g of the main color (shown in green) and 50 g of the contrast color (shown in ivory).
