Finished Size 28 (33 1/2, 39 1/4)“ wide from cuff to cuff. Jacket shown measures 33 1/2”.
Yarn Classic Elite Yarns Soft Linen (35% wool, 35% linen, 30% baby alpaca; 137 yd 125 m/ 1 3/4 oz 50 g): #2249 tropical sea, 8 (10, 15) balls.
Needles US 6 (4 mm): 16” and 32” circulars (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle; spare needle in same size as or smaller than working needle.
Gauge 23 sts and 28 rows = 4” in Acorn Lace patt; 17 sts and 46 rows = 4” in garter st.
The Sea Anemone Jacket is worked in one piece from the bottom of the back to the shoulders, then the work is divided and the fronts are worked separately from the top down. Using short-rows, you can grow pockets seamlessly from the neckband.
