Boxfish is a family of squared, bony fish closely related to the pufferfishes.

They swim in a rowing manner which lacks the speedy propulsion seen in other fish. Their skin can act as a chemical defense mechanism by releasing a cloud of pain from all over its body that can burst red blood cells.
