I wanted to play around with finger knitting and I had a yarn with no project. What happens when you mix the two with a long, lazy Sunday afternoon and Poirot 7 on DVD?
The Sea Glass Cowl is simple and quick to knit up, and would be the perfect project for those rare times when you’re called up for jury duty -- no needles, no scissors (you can cut your yarn with fingernail clippers in a pinch -- don’t ask me how I know this) and you can even sub in a pen or pencil for the stitch holder. The only thing you’d have to wait until you got home for would be the braiding.
Besides, finger knitting is fun. And if the yarn is super silky soft, like Mochi Plus, it’s a pleasure to tangle your fingers in it. :-)
