The Seafarers Throw Crochet Pattern is a beautiful design worked in a bulky weight yarn.  During the cooler months I love a good bulky weight throw blanket. The primary stitch demonstrated in the Seafarers Throw is called the Nesting Shell Stitch.  It is a beautiful stitch with a great texture, and it looks wonderful when worked in multiple colours as I have done in this blanket crochet pattern.  The design is worked all as one piece and in rows.

Gauge: 8 sts x 9 rows of single crochet = 4 inches 



Finished Size: 55 x 55 inches

Yarn: 18 balls Hue + Me® Yarn by Lion Brand® (80% Acrylic, 20% Wool; 4.4 oz, 125 g; Approx. 137 yds, 125 m). Super Bulky (6). 6 balls each of colours: Salt, Smoke, Marine.

Hook: Size L/11 (8 mm) Hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
