M.C. Escher-mäßiges Muster, in der die Seepferdchen positiv und negativ so ineinander greifen, dass das Gesamtbild keine Lücken hat. Der Fachbegriff hierfür ist Tesselation oder Kachelung.

Instructions for a double-faced scarf with seahorse tiling.

Escher-like pattern in which the positive and negative seahorses interlock, so that there are no gaps in the overall picture. The technical term for this is tessellation or tiling.

Instructions include videos for the cast on, the first row (zero), the edge stitches and binding off.

The scarf as shown:
Per Color: I used about 3 balls of Baby Alpaca Sports from Hansafarm (150m/50g). Approx. 450m per color.
This makes the scarf about 9.5“ wide, length: approx 5.9’

With thicker wool it naturally becomes wider.
