Seamless Cape
From the Pattern Description: A cape is nothing but a raglan yoke that never ends - or, more accurately, a raglan yoke that peters out, since its increases grow farther apart and eventually disappear altogether. It is worked back and forth in rows on a long (36”) circular needle, or on two such needles if you prefer to work from one needle to the other as if you were using straight needles.
Location of Pattern: Basic Design No. 3 - page 51 from Knitting from the Top.
