The SEAMLESS SEASONS cardigan is a classic slouchy-fit cardigan with balloon sleeves and ribbed detailing, it’s the ideal transitional knit to take you between seasons. It’s knit using chunky yarn on large needles so you’ll see progress quickly and whizz through it in a couple days! The cardigan uses a small amount of yarn so is very budget friendly.

The pattern is written in English, in sizes XS-XL.

Skill Level: Suitable for complete beginners! (if this is your first knitting project you may find it’s a bit of a learning curve getting started but I’ve included lots of helpful links to walk you through what you may be unfamiliar with)

Time: You will be able to complete this in about 20 hours.

Construction: The cardigan is knit completely seamlessly (!!) from the bottom-up, the sleeves are picked up and knit in the round and it’s finished with a ribbed neckline.

Suggested Materials:
8mm circular needles
12mm circular needles
2.5(2.5)3(3.5)4 balls of Fluffy Day XL yarn from Hobbii (or appropriate alternative)
Embroidery/tapestry needle for weaving in ends
A measuring tape

Techniques used: Basic knit and purl, 1x1 rib, 3 needle bind-off, picking up stitches.

Gauge: 10cmx10cm stockinette on 12mm needles = 8 stitches, 11 rows
